I will combine shipping for multiple items (weight permitting ...roughly about 50 stamps before rate increases).....Larger, heavier and bulkier mailings may be charged more. I do not charge an additional stipend for each item won....rather I charge one flat fee if the weight of the envelope does not exceed Canada Posts weight limits.

I will always mail your package within 3 days of receipt of payment....and in most instances the same or next day.  Therefore, once it leaves my hands I am out of control of any delays caused by Canada Post, or any international Postal administration due to customs regulations , reduced flights due  to Covid, or any other unforseen issues.
I strive to be as accurate with my listings as possible, but sometimes human error regrettably does occurs. Please contact me upon receipt of stamps and I will do my best to come up with a solution that is of satisfaction to both of us should this happen.

Sorry, as per ebay policy Canadian residents must pay GST/PST/HST...Ebay also appears to be automatically charging residents of many American states a state sales tax as well.....These taxes do not come to me, but as per Ebay they are charged to my account then get automatically taken out of my account for distribution by ebay to the appropriate government body.

BY bidding on my offers you will automatically opt into the following conditions:
1) all American and International buyers will be offered the choice of two shipping options:
A) standard airmail without tracking
If buyer chooses this option then the buyer shall assume all liability for any such orders that don't arrive due to loss or pilferage through the postal system and shall also agree to not penalize the seller via lodging any claim through Ebay for non delivery. This is the least expensive option but also an option with a slight element of risk. It is up to the buyer to decide if the value of any order is worth taking the chance of not paying for tracking.
B) standard airmail with tracking
Should buyer decide on this option..both buyer and seller will be protected via Ebays seller protection plan as items mailed with tracking can be traced as mailed and delivered or not delivered. In the rare event a package does not arrive a full refund for all costs including postage will be promptly refunded to the buyer. Once again...I leave it up to the buyer to decide if the extra charges for this service outweighs any potential risks.
For the information of all buyers .. to date I have not had any  mailings go missing to destinations within Canada or the USA. and only one or two have disappeared while on their way to European Union addresses. Russian federation has seen the most envelopes disappear, followed by territories in South America and Asia. For this reason, I will now only send packages to Russian address with tracking at the higher rate, and I will let all other buyers make their own choice as to the type of shipping they wish to pay for.
