    Great Britain 25th anniversary of NATO FDC 1974 British Forces Postal Service. The cancellation is on a 3 1/2 pence Scotts #548.  The cancellation is a special April 4th, 1974 seal from the British Forces Postal Service, station 1460.  There also is a special seal showing it was received at SHAPE Headquarters in Casteau, Belgium on 4 April 1974.  Letter measures 6.5 inches by 4.5 inches.  Shipped with USPS First Class.
