SUGGESTED USE:
Follow apparel care labels for water temperature. Most athletic clothing is best laundered in cool or warm water and dried on the lowest heat setting or air-dried.
For handwashing:
Add one capful to a sink, agitate the garments with your hands, let sit for 15 min, rinse, repeat if necessary for tough odors and air dry.
For machine washing:
Add 2-4 capfuls to the drum of your washer or detergent drawer. Wash on gentle cycle. Air dry recommended.
