    Penray lists the features of #3912 as the following:
    Penray Power Steering Fluid is formulated using premium Group II base oils with advanced chemistry offering excellent protection and performance in all power steering systems. It will provide exceptional anti-wear, anti-corrosion, and anti-oxidation control eliminating pump squeal.
    Formulated from highly refined mixed-base mineral oils and chemical additives to meet the performance demands of power steering systems. This product is designed to protect power steering systems against pump deterioration by preventing abnormal oxidation foaming and wear. This product is compatible with commonly used seal and hose materials to ensure excellent service life.
    • Recommended “top tier” power steering fluid for use in GM, Chrysler and Ford cars and trucks
    • Suitable for use in Honda vehicles in normal driving conditions
    • Suitable for use in European cars specifying “mineral oil” based fluids
    • Protects and conditions power steering system
    • Keeps seals pliable and efficient (will not harm seals)
    • Extends power steering system life
    • Protects against wear and corrosion
