Scented in Lady, an herbal and citrus blend of rich amber, bergamot, lavender, and musk.
Nontoxic, biodegradable, and allergen-free.
Color and texture may vary with natural ingredients.
Free of petroleum, phosphate, phthalates, and artificial color.
Cruelty-free. No animal by-products.

The Laundress recommend washing silk in cool or warm water. When in doubt, test first. If machine washing, use a delicate washing cycle and insert item in a Mesh Washing Bag (optional). If handwashing, do not soak silk longer than 30 minutes. Lay flat or hang to dry. Never put silk in the dryer. Steam as needed. Launder as follows:

Payment and Address
We accept Paypal only.
All ordered are shipped to the confirmed address in the order and in Paypal.  Please ensure your shipping address on your Paypal account is correct. We do not accept any address changes that Ebay and Paypal have not verified before the order.
Payment must be fulfilled within 5 business days after purchase. All non-paying orders will receive an unpaid reminder from eBay.
Shipping
Once we have received a cleared full payment then the order will ship out in 1-2 business days and the tracking information will be updated in the order.
We only ship to Ebay and Paypal confirmed addresses.  We do not accept changes once payment has been made.  We would simply cancel the order and have you re-order with the approved changes.
We send items by USPS and UPS.   For orders that are higher in value, we may require a signature confirmation upon delivery.  This is to ensure that you properly receive your order.
For all international order we use Ebay’s Global Shipping Program.  Any import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.  We cannot control these costs and you will need to contact Ebay for more information.
Returns
If any item is defective upon receipt or does not work, please contact us for the return address and return information.
We offer returns only, we do not accept exchanges.
For applicable item, returns are accepted within 30 days after the buyer receiving the item or items.  Some items are non-returnable as stated in the returns section.
All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging as was received.  This includes items such as the shoe box.   We will not accept returns without the shoe box or any associated packaging.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.   Returns showing use, wear, alteration, or any sign that it is not in the original condition then we will reject these.
For returns, please place the item in a shipping container and please treat the item with respect.  The shoe box is not a shipping container we will not accept that back if there is not a covering.  Please include a copy of your return request or a copy of the packing list.
We do not accept international returns.
